the hotel's location proved very convenient for accessing key sites. the room was quite clean. the staff were helpful with directions.
I booked a non-refundable rate and had to cancel due to health reasons. The hotel did not offer a refund or voucher. the hotel charged extra for a late checkout. breakfast started too late in the morning.

charming find in the city
friendly staff helpful staff excellent location massive bed
I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were the best part of my stay. the location was also excellent, i could easily walk to many historical buildings. my room was spacious, comfortable, and very nice indeed. the bed was especially massive!
the one very minor issue was that my room faced an air shaft, so the view wasn't great.

the breakfast offered fresh fruit and delicious yogurt. a selection of first and second course choices completed the offering. i was actually surprised when the staff prepared a picnic box for my early departure!!!

my beautiful queen room was quiet and lovely. the shower was very nice, and the hairdryer in the room worked great. i found the bed very comfortable for a restful sleep.

Unremarkable stay, some issues present
cramped room inflexible staff
The location, i guess, was acceptable for walking to places.
honestly, i found the room cramped, SUCH a disappointment. the staff charged extra money for a late checkout which was not flexible given marathon i had run. I WONT recommend this place.
